The engagement with Microsoft has involved reformulating and redesigning mission-critical components of the company’s Windows Mobile B2C and B2B interactive communications. Accomplishments: A bold new strategic approach and redesign helped Microsoft increase owner registrations and involvement in its loyalty program a remarkable 400%. For Seattle Arts & Lectures, a dramatic rebranding is resulting in sold-out events and a record-breaking season.

Established this travel media company’s first-ever global, multi-brand B2B marcom program. Accomplishments: Following an intensive development cycle, the complete program eventually included the company’s first fully articulated corporate branding, consistent strategic messaging across its entire family of consumer brands and global markets, a pioneering advertising strategy and campaign, in addition to a comprehensive set of mission-critical print, film and online B2B marketing communications media.
